At the completion of each drill, one of your “Notices” is played back to your trainee.

If your trainee was faster than the last time this drill was run, they hear your “Congratulations” notice, otherwise, FireGuide plays the “Better Next Time” recording.

You should finish each of these messages with:

  1. A prompt for your trainee to share observations on the drill (“Did you have any problems?”) and

  2. Instruct them to “tap the green “Thumbs Up” button” when they have finished their comments.

The recordings of your trainee’s comments appear in the “Feedback” section of FireGuide.

You can improve your drill instructions based on this feedback.

Once you have reviewed the feedback, you should delete the recording to save space on your phone.
